About BlinkLab

BlinkLab is a med-tech company developing digital tools that make it easier to assess and monitor brain developmental health. Using mobile devices and neuroscience-based tasks, we aim to improve autism and ADHD diagnostic evaluations. BlinkLab recently raised A$7.6M for conducting regulatory studies in Europe and the US for their first diagnostic product.

The Role

We are looking for someone who is well-organised, reliable, brings a positive and hands-on attitude, and takes initiative to keep operations running smoothly. The position combines elements of personal assistance, office management, and secretarial work. It’s a varied role where you will help keep things running smoothly in one of the most vibrant scale-ups operating from the Netherlands.

Key Tasks

Office and Operational Support

  • Taking care of administrative and practical matters in the office
  • Supporting onboarding and coordination with team members
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers or service providers when needed

Executive Support

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar and planning appointments
  • Booking travel and preparing itineraries
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-ups

Communication and Coordination

  • Handling incoming communication and acting as point of contact where appropriate
  • Writing and proofreading emails, letters, or reports
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Organisation and Oversight

  • Helping to track project timelines and important deadlines
  • Keeping documents and files well-organised and accessible

Who We’re Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Clear and professional communication in English (Dutch is helpful but not required)
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information discreetly
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.
  • Experience in a start-up or international environment is useful, but not required
  • Experience in a similar role (personal assistant, office manager, secretary, or similar)
