BlinkLab Limited (ACN 652 901 703) (Company) lodged a Replacement Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) on or about 21 February 2024 (Replacement Prospectus). The Replacement Prospectus replaces the prospectus lodged with ASIC on 14 February 2024 (Original Prospectus).

The Public Offer

The Replacement Prospectus contains details of an offer by the Company of 35,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Shares), at an issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise $7,000,000 (before costs) (Public Offer).

Neither ASIC, ASX nor any of their respective officers take any responsibility for the contents of the Replacement Prospectus or the merits of the investment to which the Replacement Prospectus relates. No securities will be issued on the basis of the Replacement Prospectus later than 13 months after the date of the Original Prospectus. The Company has applied to ASX for admission to the official list of ASX and quotation of the shares on ASX.

Exposure Period

In accordance with the Corporations Act, the Prospectus is subject to an exposure period of 7 days from the date of lodgement with the ASIC (Exposure Period). This period may be extended by the ASIC for a further period of up to 7 days.
